Esta obra ubicada en la Unidad Penitenciaria N°3, funciona como organismo que alberga a decenas de mujeres condenadas, procesadas y aquellas con causas federales.

En la obra se observa la figura de Rosa Virginia Pelletier, más conocida como María Eufrasia, una religiosa católica francesa y fundadora de la Congregación de Nuestra Señora de la Caridad del Buen Pastor también conocida como las Hermanas del Buen Pastor. 

Su misión principal fue brindar refugio, educación, contención y oportunidades de reinserción a mujeres en situación de prostitución, niñas y adolescentes en riesgo y víctimas de violencia o abandono.

La congregación se expandió rápidamente por Europa, América, Asia y África. Hoy en día está presente en más de 70 países, incluida Argentina, con obras educativas, sociales y de acompañamiento a mujeres.

En el mural también se aprecia la frase “La fe es el amor que nos espera” una de sus citas más famosas. 

La figura de María Eufrasia fue canonizada en 1940 por el Papa Pío XII.
