WHAT TO DO

La escultura de "la Taragüí", es un homenaje a la mujer guaraní; hoy es la figura representativa y simbólica de la mujer correntina.
Esta estatua de la mujer desnuda de anchas caderas se realizó en yeso patinado, revestido en bronce.
Es obra del artista correntino H. Amado Puyau, quien obtuvo el primer premio en el Salón Nacional de Escultura de 1936, por esta figura.
La que se ve es una réplica, que tiene su escultura original en el Museo de Bellas Artes.
Declarada Monumento Histórico Nacional por la Comisión Nacional de Monumentos, de Lugares y de Bienes Históricos.
