Obra donada por el Rotary Club en 1962. Realizada en cemento, de autor desconocido.
El monumento se encuentra enmarcado por columnas de hormigón que resaltan el valor del mismo. sobre el pedestal esta la escultura de una mujer con un niño en brazos, en homenaje a la madre.
