En la obra se retrata a través de las figuras a los empleados municipales quienes se encargan del cuidado y limpieza del espacio público, manteniendo el orden y recogiendo los desechos de la ciudad de Corrientes

Se observa en la parte central a tres trabajadores realizando la labor de la recolección, sobre ellos se distingue unas flores que simbolizan la unión entre la naturaleza y el entorno gracias a el orden del mismo.
